At South & Spivey Boutique, we want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help.

Return Eligibility

Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for exchange or store credit only.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:
    •    Unworn
    •    Unwashed
    •    Free of odors, makeup, or stains
    •    With original tags attached

Items returned with makeup, deodorant stains, perfume, pet hair, or other signs of wear will not be accepted.

All returns must be approved before being sent back.

Please do not send any items back to us without contacting us first for return approval and instructions.

Items that do not meet these requirements will be sent back to the customer at their expense.

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
    •    Sale or clearance items
    •    Accessories (including bags, jewelry, and hats)
    •    Bodysuits or undergarments
    •    Items marked Final Sale

Return Process

To start a return, please contact us at southandspiveyboutique@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on where to send your item. Items must be shipped back within 5 days of approval.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Store Credit

Once your return is received and inspected, a store credit will be issued via email in the form of a digital gift card.

Please allow 3–5 business days after we receive your return for processing.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
