Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

During new product launches, sales, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Time

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
• Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (if available)
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier and destination.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Lost or Delayed Packages

South & Spivey Boutique is not responsible for packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. If your package is delayed or lost, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly.

If you need assistance locating your package, please contact us and we will gladly help where possible.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. South & Spivey Boutique is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible so we can attempt to update the order before it ships.
